CIDCO Lottery: 3,142 Win EWS Homes in Navi Mumbai

The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) conducted a computerised lottery for 4,779 homes reserved for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) in Navi Mumbai on Friday.

The lottery, which was held at CIDCO Bhavan in CBD Belapur, saw 3,142 applicants emerge successful. The list of successful applicants has been uploaded on the official website, www.cidcohomes.com.

The housing scheme, launched on August 15, offered 4,229 homes in Taloja Sector 39, 257 homes at the Kalamboli Bus Depot, and 293 homes at the Kharghar Bus Depot. A specified number of homes were also reserved for applicants with disabilities.

CIDCO Joint Managing Directors Shantanu Goel and Ganesh Deshmukh, Chief Vigilance Officer Suresh Mengade, and other senior officials attended the lottery. The event was conducted in a completely transparent and human-intervention-free manner.
