Co-Accused In Minor's Rape Case Arrested In Kukshi

A significant breakthrough has been achieved by the Nisarpur outpost police under Kukshi Police Station in Madhya Pradesh, with the arrest of a co-accused who had been absconding in connection with the kidnapping and rape of a 16-year-old minor girl.

The incident came to light when the victim's father, a resident of Nisarpur Baydipura, reported her missing. A case was subsequently registered at Kukshi Police Station under relevant sections of the law.

Given the sensitive nature of the case, Superintendent of Police Dhar Sachin Sharma constituted a special team to trace the missing girl. The team, led by SHO Deepak Singh Chauhan and Outpost In-charge Ravi Vaske, worked tirelessly to gather information and coordinated closely with Gujarat Police.

A crucial breakthrough came when the girl was spotted working as a labourer in Patdi, Gujarat. The team immediately rushed to the location with her father and recovered her after the suspect fled the scene.

During her statement, the girl revealed that she had been deceived with a false promise of marriage and was taken to various locations, including Dattigaon, Morbi, and Bikaner, where she was raped multiple times by the main accused, Deepak Bhuria, with the help of others.

The police have added relevant sections of the POCSO Act and other charges to the case. While the main accused, Deepak Bhuria, and another accused, Ashish, were arrested earlier and are currently in judicial custody, the absconding co-accused, Bharat alias Guman Singh Bilwal, has now been apprehended.

However, one accused, Suraj alias Suresh Ninama, remains at large. The Superintendent of Police, Sachin Sharma, has announced felicitations for the entire investigating team for their sustained and coordinated efforts in cracking the case.

The arrest of the co-accused is a significant development in the case, and the police are continuing their efforts to apprehend the remaining accused. The incident highlights the importance of coordinated efforts between law enforcement agencies and the need for swift action in cases involving minors.

The case has also brought attention to the issue of human trafficking and the exploitation of vulnerable individuals, particularly minors. The police are working to ensure that the perpetrators are brought to justice and that the victim receives the necessary support and protection.

In conclusion, the arrest of the co-accused in the minor's rape case is a positive development, and the police must continue their efforts to ensure that justice is served. The incident serves as a reminder of the need for vigilance and swift action in cases involving minors and highlights the importance of coordinated efforts between law enforcement agencies.

The Madhya Pradesh police have demonstrated their commitment to solving the case and bringing the perpetrators to justice. The incident has also underscored the need for awareness and education about human trafficking and the exploitation of vulnerable individuals, particularly minors.

As the investigation continues, it is essential that the police remain vigilant and continue their efforts to apprehend the remaining accused and ensure that justice is served. The case has significant implications for the community, and it is crucial that the perpetrators are held accountable for their actions.

The police have shown that with sustained and coordinated efforts, it is possible to crack complex cases and bring perpetrators to justice. The case serves as an example of the importance of teamwork and coordination between law enforcement agencies in solving crimes and ensuring justice for victims.
