MANIT Bhopal Hosts 15th Tooryanaad Festival

Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, is set to host the 15th edition of Tooryanaad, Central India's largest inter-college festival, from September 11 to 13.

The three-day event, themed Bharat: Arya, Adhyatma, Abhyudaya (India: Heritage, Spirituality and Progress), aims to celebrate Indian culture, spiritual legacy, and national pride.

According to Students' President Arpita Choudhary, over 4,000 students from more than 22 states will participate in the festival. The event will feature 12 flagship competitions, including literature, music, dance, theatre, and debate, with prizes worth Rs 2 lakh.

The festival will include various cultural and creative activities such as Paridhanika (fashion show), Kavi Sammelan (poets' meet), Chhatra Sansad (students' parliament), street play, dance, singing, and All India Youth Kavi Sammelan.

The event will commence with a performance by Rajasthan's famous folk artist Mame Khan and his band Rock N Roots.
