Navi Mumbai Robbery: 4 Thieves Steal ₹9 Lakh From Ulwe House

A daring robbery took place in the early hours of Tuesday in Gavhan village, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, where four unidentified robbers broke into a house and made off with gold jewellery and cash worth around ₹9 lakh.

The incident occurred at around 2:30 am on August 18 at Patil Ali in Gavhan, where 53-year-old Shevanti Koli was sleeping alone. The robbers allegedly removed roof tiles and entered the house through the kitchen.

Koli woke up to the noise and attempted to raise an alarm, but the robbers threatened her with a knife and forced her to remain silent. They then stole around five tolas of gold jewellery and ₹2 lakh in cash before escaping.
