NBCC Launches Rs 520 Crore Projects for HUDCO in Delhi-NCR

NBCC and HUDCO, two Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprises under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, have launched two major development projects in the Delhi-NCR region.

The projects were launched with Bhoomi Pujan ceremonies, which were attended by Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD, HUDCO and Dr. K.P. Mahadevaswamy, CMD, NBCC. Other senior officials from both organizations were also present at the ceremony.

The larger project is an integrated office complex in Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, with an estimated project cost of ₹ 485.20 crore. The project will have a maximum configuration of 2 basements + ground + 7 floors and a total built-up area of approximately 82,617 square meters. The project aims to achieve a 4-star GRIHA rating, underscoring its commitment to sustainable and energy-efficient development.

The second project is a commercial development in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad with an estimated cost of ₹ 34.64 crore. The project will have a basement + ground floor + 7 configuration and a total built-up area of approximately 6,400 square meters. The project aims to achieve a 3-star GRIHA rating, reflecting a commitment to sustainable development.

These two projects mark a significant step forward in the strategic collaboration between HUDCO and NBCC. The partnership between the two organizations builds on previously signed Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), under which NBCC was assigned responsibility for development projects.
