Mumbai Stray Dogs Get QR Collars For Digital Tracking

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has introduced QR code-enabled reflective collars for stray dogs in Mumbai to make identification and digital tracking of sterilised and rabies-vaccinated dogs easier.

This initiative is in accordance with the directives of the Supreme Court concerning the systematic sterilisation and vaccination of stray dogs, along with proper record-keeping and monitoring.
