Thane Coastal Road-1 Reaches 40% Completion

The Thane Coastal Road-1 project has achieved 40% overall physical progress within 14 months. The project involves the construction of a 13.45-km corridor between Kharegaon Toll Plaza and Gaymukh.

As of September 2, a total of 332 working piles have been completed, which is 77% of the total 426 piles. Additionally, 277 piers have been constructed, accounting for 65% of the total. The erection of I-girders has also gathered pace, with 501 girders installed so far, representing around 30% progress.
