Indian-American Teen Leads 300 NJROTC Cadets

Riddhi Chauhan, a 17-year-old high school senior from Queens, New York, is demonstrating exceptional leadership skills as the Battalion Commanding Officer of the Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (NJROTC) unit at Benjamin N. Cardozo High School.

She is responsible for leading nearly 300 cadets, overseeing daily operations, military drill practice, mentoring junior cadets, and ensuring the overall welfare of the battalion.
