Union Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Dr. Jitendra Singh, has urged civil servants to embrace artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, cybersecurity, and digital tools to achieve smarter governance.

He was addressing participants of the 15-Day Refresher Course for Lateral Entry Joint Secretaries, Directors, and Deputy Secretaries, conducted by the Indian Institute of Public Administration.
