Man Arrested for Molesting Burqa-Clad Woman in Moradabad

A 28-year-old man was arrested by the police in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, for allegedly molesting a burqa-clad woman on the street. The incident took place on July 28 at around 4 pm in the Karula Rahmatnagar area.
