PNB Launches Har Ghar Tiranga Yatra

Punjab National Bank, a leading public sector bank, has launched the 'Har Ghar Tiranga Yatra' campaign to celebrate the 80th Independence Day and commemorate the 150th anniversary of 'Vande Mataram'.

The campaign was inspired by the Government of India's 'Har Ghar Tiranga' initiative, which aims to bring the Indian National Flag closer to the hearts of citizens.

A walkathon was organised from the PNB Head Office in Dwarka, led by Executive Director M Paramasivam, Executive Director Amit Kumar Srivastava, and other senior officials.

Speaking on the occasion, M Paramasivam said that this year holds special significance as the country marks 80 years of independence and 150 years of 'Vande Mataram'.

He added that the initiative is a reminder of the bank's responsibility to carry forward the values of self-reliance, integrity, and service to the motherland.

As part of the campaign, PNB officials distributed the Indian National Flag and spread awareness about the significance of 150 years of 'Vande Mataram'.

The bank reiterated its commitment to upholding the honour and dignity of the tricolour.
