Youth, Mother Beaten Over Parking Dispute in Mira-Bhayandar

When Usmani's mother, Shabnam Usmani, rushed to the spot to save her son, she was also beaten by the accused. Sultan's father, Nasir Khan, and brother, Altamash Khan, also joined in the assault, abusing and beating the mother-son duo.

The injured were initially taken to a government hospital and were later shifted to a private hospital in Kashimira for further treatment. Based on the complaint filed by Usmani, the Kashimira Police have registered a case against Sultan Nasir Khan, Nasir Khan, Altamash Khan, and one unidentified accomplice under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023.
