Nerul Ola Driver Assaulted, Dragged 2km

A shocking incident of road rage has been reported in Nerul, where an Ola cab driver was allegedly assaulted by a Swift driver and dragged on the bonnet for around 2 km. The altercation occurred on August 15 at around 9:35 pm on the stretch of Sarsole village road in Sector 20, near Nerul pond.

According to reports, the Ola cab driver, identified as Pradeepkumar Pandey, 27, a resident of Naigaon, was allegedly cut off by the Swift driver while overtaking on an internal road. This led to a heated argument between the two drivers, resulting in the Swift driver allegedly hitting the Ola driver on the head with a bamboo stick.
