24 Officers Graduate From MCTE In Mhow

The Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE) in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh, held its convocation ceremony for the Graduate Entry Equipment Orientation (GEEO-59) course on September 2.

Lt Gen Vivek Dogra, Signal Officer-in-Chief and Colonel Commandant, Corps of Signals, presided over the ceremony, where 24 officers received Post Graduate Diplomas in Information and Communication Technology from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Nagpur.

During the ceremony, Lt Gen Dogra emphasized the importance of communications in modern warfare and the need for officers to stay updated with emerging technologies. He encouraged the officers to continuously learn and strive for operational excellence.

MCTE Commandant Lt Gen Praveen Bakshi congratulated the graduating officers and urged them to apply their knowledge and skills in real-world operations.

Capt Neha Sharma was awarded the Commandant’s Trophy and SO-in-C Gold Medal for her outstanding performance, topping the Order of Merit. Other award winners were also recognized for their achievements.
