MP Sisters Found Safe In Nepal Floods

A massive wave of relief swept over a Madhya Pradesh family after two sisters, Palak and Pallavi Manji, caught in the Nepal flash floods were found safe in Pokhara. Swati's family in Vidisha has endured four days of uncertainty, with her mobile phone continuing to ring without being answered. Relatives of Shah Jahan Ansari from Dewas and Shiba Prasad Mukherjee from Indore have also contacted a Delhi control room set up to assist people from Madhya Pradesh who are missing or stranded in Nepal.

Brothers Vikas and Himanshu Rajput from Raisen, who worked at a hydroelectric project, are also among those missing. Their family remains worried as they await information about them.

The floods in Nepal have caused massive devastation, with over 550 people reported dead so far. Many people are still waiting to hear whether their loved ones are alive or not.

The Madhya Pradesh government has set up a control room to assist people from the state who are missing or stranded in Nepal. The control room has received information about eight missing persons so far.
