Manipal Health Raises ₹4,167 Crore From Anchor Investors

Manipal Health Enterprises has raised ₹4,167 crore from anchor investors ahead of its ₹9,275-crore initial public offering, which opened for public subscription on Wednesday.

The company allotted more than 7.06 crore shares to anchor investors at ₹590 each, the upper end of the IPO price band. As of March 31, 2026, it operated 49 hospitals across India with 13,037 licensed beds. During FY26, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹10,336 crore and a profit of ₹916.52 crore.
