MP CM Launches Jan Vishwas Portal

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav launched the Jan Vishwas Portal on Wednesday in Bhopal.

The portal requires collectors to upload progress reports every Monday, ensuring timely updates on the Abhiyan's progress.

The government is considering amendments to the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan, potentially changing the event's schedule from Fridays to two Saturdays per month.

The proposed schedule would have the Abhiyan take place on the first and fourth Saturdays of every month, with the remaining Saturdays reserved for weekly holidays.

An exception will be made for the upcoming Saturday, as Janmashtami falls on that day, and CM Yadav will visit Neemuch instead.

The Jan Vishwas Abhiyan is approaching its one-month mark, having initially addressed 5.64 lakh complaints filed through the CM Helpline.

Divisional commissioners have been tasked with monitoring the Abhiyan's progress, while departments will review the information uploaded by collectors.

Collectors are required to upload photographs of the Abhiyan, along with a brief description of their tour, to the portal for review by higher authorities.

The launch of the Jan Vishwas Portal aims to enhance transparency and accountability in the Abhiyan's operations.
