NEET UG Counselling 2026: Revised Round 1 Seat Allotment Result Released

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the revised tentative seat allocation results for the NEET UG Round 1 counselling in 2026.

The revised provisional seat allotment result was re-uploaded on the official portal, mcc.nic.in, after a mistake was made by the Primary Assessment Center when uploading a PwD certificate.

Candidates who completed the choice-filling process can now download their provisional allotment notice from the website. According to the data, 29,945 seats have been temporarily assigned for the MBBS and BDS courses.

The previous preliminary seat allocation outcome was made public on August 20, 2026. The final Round 1 seat allocation results for 2026 are expected to be released today, August 22, 2026, after examining the objections raised throughout the grievance procedure.

Candidates can get the result PDF from the official website once it is made available. The seat allocation will be based on candidates' NEET UG ranks, seat availability, category, and decisions made during the counselling process.

Those who have been assigned seats must finish the admissions process by the deadline. The last date to complete admission is August 31, 2026.

The counselling process in 2026 covers MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing admissions under the 15% All India Quota, AIIMS, JIPMER, Central, and Deemed Universities.
