CM Mohan Yadav Suspends Officials Over Aid Complaints

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav launched the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, on Friday. During the campaign, he suspended the chief medical and health officer after a woman, Sita Tumram, complained that she did not receive financial aid for childbirth.

The chief minister also took note of a complaint from Meena Banjara, who did not receive financial aid under the Kisan Samman Nidhi. Upon learning that a misleading report by the Patwari had deprived the woman of financial assistance, Yadav ordered the suspension of both the Patwari and the Tehsildar.

He directed officials to provide aid to the woman from the discretionary financial grant. Additionally, Yadav ordered the stoppage of one increment of the chief executive officer of Janpad Panchayat and the labour officer of Chorai Janpad for their failure to provide financial aid under the Sambal Yojna.

The chief minister also directed officials to issue show-cause notices to the sub-divisional magistrate and Patwari of Chorai after receiving a complaint about land records on the CM Helpline. Yadav emphasized that the government prioritizes providing benefits of its welfare schemes to the people and will not tolerate negligence in this work.

He instructed officials to ensure the readmission of dropouts in schools, 100% e-attendance of teachers, and provide relief to cyber fraud victims. The chief minister interacted with girl students of ITI and reviewed the progress of work in various departments.

Yadav stated that officers should solve problems with sensitivity, and the common man should not have to move from pillar to post with their issues. The Jan Vishwas Abhiyan aims to promote good governance and address public complaints in a timely and effective manner.
