Anshuman Jhingran Completes Oceans Seven at 21

Navi Mumbai-based open-water swimmer Anshuman Jhingran has become the youngest male to complete the Oceans Seven, a prestigious achievement in international marathon swimming. He completed the seventh and final crossing, the Tsugaru Strait in Japan, on June 30, 2026, at the age of 21 years and 109 days.

Jhingran's journey to complete the Oceans Seven began three years ago with the North Channel crossing. He has since completed all seven crossings, including the Catalina Channel, Cook Strait, Molokai/Ka'iwi Channel, Strait of Gibraltar, English Channel, and finally the Tsugaru Strait.
