Eimco Elecon Revenue Rises 14.5%

Eimco Elecon (India) Ltd has reported a 14.5% rise in revenue from operations for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The company's revenue reached ₹77.52 crore, up from ₹67.60 crore in the same quarter last fiscal year.

The company's net profit after tax climbed to ₹15.38 crore, marking a substantial increase compared to ₹14.48 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

Eimco Elecon's total income for the quarter stood at ₹85.28 crore, while total expenses were ₹65.66 crore, resulting in a profit before tax of ₹19.62 crore. Basic and diluted earnings per equity share for the quarter were ₹26.66.

The unaudited financial results were reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the company's Board of Directors at its meeting held on 9 July 2026. Statutory auditors, K C Mehta & Co LLP, conducted a limited review of these financial results and expressed an unmodified conclusion on the financial statements.

Eimco Elecon operates primarily in one reportable business segment, which is Machinery and Spares. The company has no subsidiary, associate, or joint venture companies.
