Advocate Niranjan Davkhare, Member of the Legislative Council for the Konkan Graduates’ Constituency, has submitted a formal memorandum to Thane District Collector Dr. Shrikrishna Panchal, requesting the setting up of a dedicated animal shelter in Thane district.
