Bandra Police Constable Injured by Speeding Car

A police constable was injured in the early hours of Friday when a speeding car hit a barricade during a nakabandi on SV Road in Bandra West. The incident occurred between 1.30 am and 3.30 am near Bandra Talao on the southbound carriageway of SV Road.

Constable Karan Mohite, 29, was on duty along with other officers when the incident occurred. According to Mohite, a red-coloured car approached the Jarimari-Bandra Talao roadblock at high speed. Despite being signalled to stop, the driver allegedly continued without slowing down and struck a barricade.
