The lease agreement was registered on June 29, 2026, with the tenancy commencing on April 1, 2026, and will remain valid until March 31, 2031. According to the registered documents, the monthly rent has been fixed at ₹17 lakh for the first three years, from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029.

For the remaining two years of the agreement, from April 1, 2029, to March 31, 2031, the monthly rent will increase to ₹19.55 lakh. The tenant has also paid a security deposit of ₹68 lakh, as revealed by the documents.
