India Navy Commissions INS Nipun Submarine Rescue Vessel

The Indian Navy has commissioned INS Nipun, the second indigenously built Nistar-class diving support vessel (DSV), at the Naval Dockyard in Mumbai. The vessel was commissioned into active operational service by Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Krishna Swaminathan, on Monday.
