DRI Seizes ₹1.39 Crore Gold At Katni Railway Station

The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) has seized a significant amount of smuggled gold worth approximately ₹1.39 crore at Katni Junction railway station in Madhya Pradesh.

The seizure was made from two individuals who were travelling from Howrah Railway Station on the Howrah–CSMT Mumbai Mail train. The gold, weighing a total of 969 grams, was concealed in a specially designed cloth waist belt.
