Maharashtra Governor Jishnu Dev Varma on Wednesday honoured senior RSS functionary Indresh Kumar and Buddhist spiritual leader Palga Rinpoche for their contribution to the successful organisation of the Sindhu Mahakumbh in Ladakh.
