Vice-President Radhakrishnan Addresses IAS Officers at LBSNAA

Vice-President Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan addressed the Valedictory Programme of Phase-II training of the IAS Officer Trainees of the 2024 batch at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie.
