Advait Energy Wins ₹58.25 Crore PGVCL Contract

Advait Energy Transitions Ltd has secured a significant contract worth ₹58.25 crore from Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Ltd (PGVCL). The contract involves converting existing 11 kV high tension and low tension line networks into an underground cable network in the Adhewada subdivision of Bhavnagar Circle.

The project scope includes a range of activities such as site survey, designing, engineering, procurement, supply, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning of all necessary materials. The work will establish an underground cable network with a ring main system and will integrate GIS Mapping and asset tagging under the SI Scheme.

Advait Energy Transitions Ltd expects to complete the order within 18 months from the date of the award. The project is classified as a domestic entity contract, and the company did not disclose any promoter or promoter group interest in PGVCL.

PGVCL, the entity awarding the contract, is a state-owned power distribution company in Gujarat. The company is responsible for distributing power to a significant portion of the state's population.
