Maharashtra Council Raises MIDC Borrowing Limit To ₹6,000 Crore

The Maharashtra Legislative Council has passed the Maharashtra Industrial Development (Amendment) Bill, 2026, which increases the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation's (MIDC) borrowing limit from ₹75 crore to ₹6,000 crore.
