However, sequentially, the company's net profit declined by 14% from ₹64.8 crore in Q4 FY26, despite a 1.6% increase in revenue from operations. The decline in net profit was due to higher expenses and exceptional costs during the June quarter. During the quarter, the group acquired a 100% equity interest in 2S Inovações Tecnológicas, effective May 1, 2026, for a total purchase consideration of ₹496.6 crore, including deferred consideration and an earn-out linked to agreed performance targets.

The company's basic and diluted EPS after exceptional items stood at ₹3.15 each, against ₹2.80 and ₹2.79, respectively, in Q1 FY26. The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share of face value ₹2 for FY26, subject to shareholder approval.

For FY26, Black Box had reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹6,322 crore and net profit of ₹217.5 crore. The company's financial performance in Q1 FY27 indicates a positive start to the year, with revenue growth driven by an increase in system integration and technology product solutions.

The company's acquisition of 2S Inovações Tecnológicas is also expected to contribute to its growth in the coming quarters. However, the decline in net profit sequentially is a concern, and the company will need to manage its expenses and exceptional costs to maintain its profitability.

Overall, Black Box Limited's financial performance in Q1 FY27 is a positive indicator of the company's growth prospects, and investors will be watching the company's future performance closely.

The rise in profit and revenue is a significant development for the company and its stakeholders, and it will be interesting to see how the company performs in the coming quarters. The company's ability to manage its expenses and exceptional costs will be crucial in maintaining its profitability and driving growth.

In conclusion, Black Box Limited's Q1 FY27 financial performance is a positive start to the year, and the company's growth prospects look promising. However, the company will need to manage its expenses and exceptional costs to maintain its profitability and drive growth in the coming quarters.
