PNB Partners with Digital India BHASHINI for AI Banking

Punjab National Bank (PNB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Digital India BHASHINI Division (DIBD) to integrate multilingual AI capabilities into its digital platforms. The partnership aims to provide customers with seamless access to banking services in multiple Indian languages via both voice and text.

The MoU was signed at PNB's Corporate Office in Dwarka, New Delhi, in the presence of M. Paramasivam, Executive Director, PNB; Amitabh Nag, CEO, Digital India BHASHINI Division; and Atish Kumar Rout, Chief General Manager, Digital Banking Transformation Division, PNB.
