PMC Demolishes 4 Unauthorised Floors In Kamothe Building

The Panvel Municipal Corporation (PMC) demolished four unauthorised floors in a residential building in Sector 22, Kamothe, on Thursday. The building, located on plots 73 and 74, had been constructed with 11 floors approved, but four additional floors were built without permission.

The civic administration found that the 12th, 13th, 14th, and 15th floors of the building had been constructed in violation of the sanctioned plan. Notices had been issued to the concerned parties directing them to stop the unauthorised construction, but the construction allegedly continued.
