Chandrakant Patil Stresses Skill-Based Education at Jalgaon University

State Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Patil recently visited Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University in Jalgaon, where he performed the groundbreaking ceremonies for several new facilities.
