Supreme Court Directs MP High Court To Hear Bhopal Gas Victims' Medical Matters

The Supreme Court has directed the Madhya Pradesh High Court to consider the medical matters concerning Bhopal gas victims urgently.

The directive was given by a division bench of Justice Narasimha and Justice Alok Aradhe. The court has instructed the MP High Court to ensure compliance with the Supreme Court's judgement of August 2012 in a time-bound manner.
