The disposal of complaints that remained pending for over 100 days has also gained momentum. The number of such cases decreased from 201,828 to 137,553. Overall, the total number of pending complaints has reduced by 90,000.

During his visits to various districts, the Chief Minister has taken strict action against officials who failed to address complaints in a timely manner. On August 7, he launched the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan and began Samadhan Online, starting with a visit to Chhindwara. He ordered the suspension of several officials, including the chief medical and health officer, Tehsilder, and Patwari, for their failure to address complaints.
