Navi Mumbai Police Book 26 For Assaulting NMMC Officials

A contractor and 25 others have been booked by the Rabale Police in Navi Mumbai for allegedly assaulting Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) officials during a demolition drive in Airoli on July 30.

The incident occurred when an NMMC anti-encroachment squad, accompanied by a police team, arrived at Preeti Society in Sector 2C to demolish unauthorised constructions at House Nos. 10, 11, 12, and 13.
