The total weight of the seized hydroponic weed is 1.64 kilograms.
The Customs officials are probing the smuggling network and trying to identify the key associates of the accused.
They are also investigating who sent the accused to Bangkok, financed their trips, supplied the drugs in Bangkok, and who was supposed to receive the consignment in Mumbai.
The accused were remanded to judicial custody after their advocates appeared for them in court.
