Advait Energy Wins ₹58.25 Crore PGVCL Order

Advait Energy Transitions Ltd has announced that it has secured a turnkey contract worth ₹58.25 crore from Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Ltd (PGVCL) for developing an underground cable network in Bhavnagar, Gujarat.

The contract involves converting the existing 11 kV high tension and low tension overhead line network into an underground cable network with a Ring Main System. The project will also include GIS Mapping and asset tagging under the SI Scheme.

This is the fourth underground cable project that Advait Energy Transitions has secured from PGVCL, with the total value of the four projects being ₹250.58 crore. The other three projects are located in Porbandar and Kutch districts.

The company has stated that each of the four contracts is expected to be completed within 18 months from the date of award. The projects are domestic contracts and include end-to-end execution, covering engineering, procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Advait Energy Transitions has clarified that neither its promoter nor promoter group has any interest in PGVCL, and the contracts do not qualify as related party transactions. The company's focus on end-to-end execution and its ability to deliver complex projects have made it a preferred partner for utilities and government agencies.

The completion of the projects is expected to have a positive impact on the local economy, with the creation of new jobs and opportunities for local businesses. The improved power infrastructure will also attract new investments and industries to the region, contributing to the overall growth and development of the area.

In conclusion, the securing of the ₹58.25 crore PGVCL order by Advait Energy Transitions is a significant development for the company and the power infrastructure sector as a whole. The project is expected to have a positive impact on the local economy and will contribute to the overall growth and development of the region.

Advait Energy Transitions' success in securing these contracts is a testament to its expertise and capabilities in the energy transition and power infrastructure sector.
