Bhopal Cyber Conmen Dupe 3 Of ₹3.29 Lakh

Three individuals in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, were allegedly duped of a total of ₹3,28,935 in separate cyber fraud cases.

The incidents were reported under the Ayodhya Nagar police station limits, and the police have registered cases after receiving e-zero FIRs from the cyber cell.

In the first case, Arvinder Kaur, a resident of Durgesh Vihar, lost ₹2.41 lakh to an unidentified caller who introduced himself as another person and gained her confidence before manipulating her into transferring the money.

The second case involved Rana Mohinder Pratap, a resident of New Minal Residency, who was allegedly cheated of ₹98,935 by an accused who posed as one of his relatives.

In the third case, Gitesh Ganesh, a resident of Ashoka Garden, lost ₹88,000 after being threatened online by an accused who claimed to be associated with an investigating agency and threatened to implicate him in a case.

According to the police, all three cases were registered, and investigations have been launched. The police are examining the bank accounts, mobile numbers, and digital transactions related to the cases.
