BMC Seizes ₹25 Lakh Worth Of Unauthorised Tobacco Products

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has seized unauthorised tobacco products worth ₹25 lakh in a crackdown on pan-bidi shops in A-Ward, which includes areas such as Colaba, Fort, Churchgate, and Marine Drive.

From July 1 to 23, the BMC's licence department raided 123 pan-bidi shops in A-Ward and seized goods including cigarettes, gutkha, and other tobacco products.
