Kukshi Police Arrest 35-Year-Old Man In Rape And POCSO Case

A 35-year-old man was arrested by the Kukshi Police in Madhya Pradesh for his alleged involvement in a rape and POCSO Act case. The accused, identified as Mahendra Yelot, was taken into custody during a swift operation conducted under the direction of SP Sachin Sharma.

In a separate incident, the Kukshi Police also arrested a kidnapping accused from Maharashtra's Nandurbar district. The accused, identified as Suraj Sitole, had been absconding in connection with Crime No 130/2025. The police were able to rescue the victim from Nandurbar and bring her to the Kukshi Police Station.

The accused was booked under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the POCSO Act based on the victim's statement and evidence collected during the investigation. The operation was carried out by SI Prakash Alawa, SI Bal Singh Thakraw, and the Kukshi police team.
