A helipad has been proposed near Ramkatha Park, which will host various events, including worship of the Shri Ram-Sita forms, exhibitions, and cultural presentations.

The administration has made arrangements for stages, decorations, flowers, and other facilities at the Saryu Aarti site. Ram Ki Paidi and other major locations will be decorated in accordance with the Deepotsav theme. Various works, including painting, cleaning, and lighting arrangements, will be undertaken to ensure that the city is decked up for the festivities.

To facilitate crowd management, the administration has strengthened security arrangements, including floating zones, barriers, CCTV surveillance, and traffic arrangements. Adequate arrangements have been made for transportation, resting places, medical facilities, drinking water, toilets, sanitation, and lighting for devotees and tourists.

The process of finalizing preparations for the Parikramas and the Kartik Purnima Mela has also begun. The Chaudahkosi Parikrama and Akshaya Navami will be observed on November 18, 2026, while the Panchkosi Parikrama and Ekadashi will be observed on November 20. The Kartik Purnima Snan and Guru Nanak Jayanti will be observed on November 24.

In view of the increasing number of devotees, the administration has arranged for additional buses, temporary bus stands, and special trains. Better arrangements have been made for cleanliness, drinking water, lighting, and barriers at railway stations.
