The artists creating the art and décor elements for the event are from the Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya (IGRMS), Bhopal, South Central Zone Cultural Centre, and Sangeet Natak Akademi. President Droupadi Murmu interacted with these artists at Rashtrapati Bhavan, where they are working on the decorations for the Independence Day Reception.

The Amrit Udyan Gardens will be open to the public from August 16 to September 15, between 10 am and 6 pm, except on Mondays when it will be closed for maintenance. The summer annuals of Amrit Udyan will be on display during this period.
