Kerala Sailor Akhil Joyan Dies in Ship Attack Off Ukraine

The Chief Minister's Office has directed the Non-Resident Keralites Affairs (NORKA) Department to coordinate with the Russian Consulate and the Ministry of External Affairs to gather more information about the incident.
