Jaishankar Meets Singapore, Russia, China FMs in Manila

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met with Singapore Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan in Manila on Wednesday, where they exchanged views on regional and global developments. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the ASEAN-related Foreign Ministers' meetings in the Philippine capital.
