Bihar Flood Alert: 13 Districts at Risk as Ganga Nears Record Level

The Ganga river in Bihar is nearing its highest flood mark, putting 13 districts on alert. The river is currently flowing around two feet above the danger mark in Patna, with water levels expected to breach the highest flood mark at Hathidah in Mokama on Friday.
