MTDC Plans Five-Star Resort In Tadoba, Upgrades Across Maharashtra

The Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) has announced plans to develop a new five-star resort in Tadoba and upgrade five of its prominent resorts across Maharashtra. The independent expert will be responsible for reviewing architectural designs and engineering drawings, conducting quarterly site inspections, enforcing quality assurance standards, and monitoring construction progress.

The independent expert will also mediate any potential disputes between MTDC and the concessionaires. The duration of the monitoring assignments will range from 24 months for Matheran and Mithbav properties to 60 months for Tadoba. To be eligible to bid for the tender, consultancies must have an average annual turnover of at least Rs 10 crore over the past three financial years.
