UP Revenue Board Launches 3 Portals for Transparency

The Uttar Pradesh Revenue Council Board has launched three new portals to speed up the disposal of revenue cases and ensure transparency. The portals, launched on Thursday, include the e-Filing Portal, the Online Transmission of Lower Court Record Portal, and the beta version of the Section-34 Mutation Portal.

According to Uttar Pradesh Revenue Council Board Chairperson Archana Agrawal, the launch of these portals is part of the Yogi Government's efforts to dispose of revenue cases within the stipulated time limit and ensure transparency. The Chief Minister has placed considerable emphasis on the transparent disposal of pending cases in the revenue courts of the state.

The e-Filing Portal will allow for online registration of new revenue cases, while the Online Transmission of Lower Court Record Portal will enable online tracking of lower court records. The beta version of the Section-34 Mutation Portal will expedite and bring transparency to various cases of mutation under Section-34.

The Chairperson informed that the e-Filing Portal and Online Transmission of Lower Court Record Portal will initially be used at the Board level, before being operated at the divisional and district levels. These portals will be linked with RCCMS, and both manual and online systems will be operated for the registration of revenue cases to avoid any inconvenience.

Uttar Pradesh Revenue Council Board Commissioner and Secretary Kanchan Verma stated that the Board receives a high number of cases related to mutation under Section-34, and the beta version of the Section-34 Mutation Portal has been launched to dispose of these cases within the stipulated time limit and fix the accountability of the concerned officer. The portal will initially be operated in four districts, namely Shravasti, Banda, Balrampur, and Hardoi, before being implemented in other districts.
