Chain-Snatcher Assaults Police Constable in Panvel Court

A 37-year-old chain-snatching accused, Sadik Akhtar Mohammad Khan, allegedly assaulted a police constable inside the Panvel court premises on August 5. The incident occurred after Khan was denied permission to meet his relatives while being produced for a remand hearing.
